The Complete Idiot's Guide to Plant Based Nutrition

For those of us who have gone through a part of life living as a vegarian.  We know that it can be a bit hard to get all the protien and nutrients that are needed to feel healthy.

The Complete Idiot's Guide to Plant Based Nutrition  is a great resource for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike.

While not as extreme as a raw diet, a plant based diet can be cooked (yaay)

Macro-nutrients. Learn the differences in these food groups as well as how much you need and what to avoid! I was very impressed to finally learn what the Glycemic Index actually was, and how it effected me.

You'll learn about vitamins and minerals, where to get them and what they do. Find out which foods contain the most and which ones that you need.

Find out about the new four food groups, how you can put them on your plate and how much of a serving you'll need for each one.

Find out how to live a plant based life without missing out on essential nutrients. You'll find out how to keep healthy with plants while pregnant. As well as keeping your kids, senior citizens and athletes healthy.

The benefits of plants have been proven over and over again, as with all of The Complete Idiot's Guide books this is a wonderful addition to your collection, it answers lots of questions, that I have, and some questions that I didn't even knew I had

I received a free copy of The Complete Idiot's Guide to Plant Based Nutrition for this review. The opinions in this review are 100% mine. I did not receive any cash payment for this review.
