Its that time again!

I love white swim suits they really show off a tan (even if its not from a beach) . I would love to get the one above, its just under $40 on sale so its a deal! Express has quality suits so it would last for the entire summer rather then the not so nice ones that I have gotten at those super department stores in the past.
